We offer preventative medicine including wellness exams dentistry surgery as well as in-house diagnostics. Dr. Yelinek AKA Dr. "DIRK" as he is known to his clients is highly skilled and certified in Veterinary Acupuncture (International Veterinary Acupuncture Society) as well as Animal Chiropractic (American Veterinary Chiropractic Association) and is excited to mentor. At Redondo Shores Veterinary Center our veterinary team is dedicated to providing routine and precautionary care for healthy young pets as well as geriatric care for older pets. About our practice: Great support staff-to-doctor ratio including 2 RVTs and 35 amazing Veterinary professionals. Digital dental x-rays digital x-rays and class IV FDA-approved therapeutic cold laser. Great work/life balance Case load includes dogs and cats Loved by our wonderful-established and loyal clients Dedicated cultural values: quality integrity accountability teamwork common goal mentality Monthly catered birthday lunches for the whole team Fun team outings/events multiple times per year Our Mentorship For new grads who join our team we invest our time to ensure you get the support time and guidance for your first job out of vet school. Our approach to bringing new grads aboard includes: Structured orientation and mentorship program Opportunities for Zoom calls and round table discussions with other new and recent graduates. New grad peer advisors for networking and support as you navigate your first DVM position. Slack group discussions to connect you with additional experienced vets for case reviews connection and advice. The salary for this position can range between $145,000 - $165,000+ annually for a 40-hour work week (4/10s) and will be determined based on previous experience skill set and practice type.
