Role:- Treasury Analyst - Full Time W2 Location:- New York City, NY Salary:- $70,000 - $95,000 Responsibilities:- Review and approve customer withdrawal and deposit requests Investigate and report on any deposit or withdrawal breaks. Monitor, analyze and generate reports on the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions Act as a treasury liaison with the company’s business units in setting up new banking accounts, services, and handling bank inquiries and related matters Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as needed Assist with short- and long-term intercompany settlements and transactions Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on cash position and movements Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules by cash department personnel for reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries Manage cash flow, income, liability obligations and assets Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required Ability to quickly understand complex transactions Candidates should have intermediate experience with Excel, Ability to analyze, parse and organize data, Capability to create and maintain pivot tables. H-lookups, V-lookups, Data Queries, etc. Experience with Google Sheets is not a hard requirement but would be nice to have. Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to produce / present data metrics in presentations. Candidates should have experience with USD payment rails and infrastructure (ACH, Wires, SWIFT, CHIPS, etc.) Candidates should have experience with managing bank portals. Ability to apply finance and treasury principles Proficiency in accounting 2-5 years of corporate treasury experience. Experience with SEC/FINRA Broker Dealer regulated institutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills. Team-oriented and self-directed .
