cFocus Software seeks a Training Lead to join our program supporting USDHS in Annapolis Junction, MD. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires an active Secret clearance and must meet 8570 requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a computer, engineering, or science field. Active Secret Clearance 8570 Compliant (Security+ CE) A minimum of 10 years of experience in training development and delivery OR a relevant Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Instructional Design or Education and 8 years' of experience in training development and delivery. Prior experience developing Security related training and instructor-led and online training, videos, and job aids. Experience delivering face to face and virtual training to a wide variety of audiences. Experience with PowerPoint, visual representation, and instructional design skills and understanding of 508 compliance requirements.
