*Trailer Mechanic*Sabal Transport, Inc. is a family owned and operated business with a long-standing reputation in the Bartow, FL area. We are looking for a full-time Trailer Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.*Responsibilities:** Diagnose and repair trailers and trailers components to ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturer warranties, and consumer expectations.* Perform routine preventative maintenance on trailer components (hydraulic brakes, brakes, tires, suspension, electrical, etc.)to ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturer warranties, and consumer expectations.* Ensure trailer systems are in good working order (oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.)* Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment using proper safety procedures and tools.* Perform other duties as assigned.*Qualifications:** Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.* Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.* Basic computer skills.* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
