ABOUT THIS RECRUITING ROLE As a Talent Acquisition - Recruiter, you manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to identify and fulfill staffing needs, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for various roles. You conduct candidate outreach, manage interviews, and coordinate onboarding. Your focus on a positive candidate experience aligns with our CARE and TCI training principles. Minimum Requirements to Be Considered: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5+ years Experience managing multiple recruitment cycles Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and plans Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms, preferably Workday 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance Strong organizational, attention to detail, and flexibility skills ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION We are a faith-based organization, founded upon the social justice heritage of the United Church of Christ.
