Our solutions unlock the ability to transform, transfer, and transport energy efficiently, while capturing and cutting emissions, solving a fundamental challenge behind the energy transition: reducing environmental impact, while maximizing efficiency, productivity, and reliability.The IET organization consists of fiveproduct lineswhich all build on Baker Hughes existing and strong foundation of rotating equipment, electric-power, pumps, valves, gears, sensor, precision instrumentation, and industrial software and hardware technologies and services: Partner with the best In this role you will collaborate with global business units, leveraging your business acumen, data analysis skills, and recruitment expertise to deliver talent strategy through hiring.As a Talent Acquisition and Insights Partner, you will be responsible for: Partnering with global business units to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Leveraging market research, data analysis, and industry knowledge to identify and source top talent pools. Embedding DEI in the TA and Leadership recruitment activities. Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates (e.g. employer branding, social media recruiting, attending industry events). Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of recruitment activity for your assigned business unit. Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with business leaders and act as talent consultant. Staying current on industry trends and best practices in your industry segment. Be able to analyze talent acquisition data, optimize sourcing strategies, and measure recruiting impact. Have exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Be able to identify and solve talent challenges, and be able to attract and retain talent effectively.
