Sr. Digital Designer Aquent Studios is looking for an individual contributor to serve as a Sr. Digital Designer who will be responsible for the visual look and feel of blogs, e-newsletters, and e-books as well as social media creative.As a Sr. Digital Designer, you will use your own creative vision and experience to create daily imagery to accompany blog posts fusing stock art, photography and illustration to create best-in-class content experiences. You will act as the ambassador for these and liaise with multiple creative and marketing teams to carry the torch of our brand creative guidelines on the blog.You will be a part of our creative partners, joining a team of seasoned digital writers and designers that establish visual and content guidelines across all of Salesforce's digital touch points globally. Our team is comprised of experienced creators and storytellers, collaborating in a multifaceted work environment to create compelling and memorable work. The Sr. Digital Designer will partner with, and report, to the Sr Director of Brand Editorial. Responsibilities Design creative to spec to accompany daily blog publication.Understand how creative and words work together to "sell" a story to our audiences and take ownership of performance metrics which accompany your contributionsOversee direction and execution of creative to support daily blog publicationWork across disciplines to integrate content marketing and social content strategies and connect the dots with other channels: email, web, video, and ensure brand consistency across photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video.Scale our creative and best practices across all social and editorial teams. Think globally.Constantly elevate the quality of creative ideas and execution, and look for scalable solutions.Proactively lead initiatives or programs that map to current brand guidelinesIntegrate strategies to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across a variety of touch points, including but not limited to film, OOH, social, website, retail, events, and more.Build relationships across brand, marketing, design, and web dev teams. Leverage relationships to inform problem-solving and improve creative output.Act as a role model and mentor for creatives across our digital, social, and content orgs.Inspire, enable, and help cultivate a culture of innovation, curiosity, and creativity.Work closely with our editorial and social teams to solve problems and foster a culture of innovation and growth. Required Skills: 5+ years of digital experience. Social and editorial experience is a mustMedia and/or editorial experience is highly preferredIllustration skills are a plusLeadership: You lead with a growth mindset and are a master of execution and strategic leadership. You can collaborate with our partners across orgs and build relationships to help get the job done well. Your communication skills can be adapted across all teams to help bring others along on our adventure.Execution: You can develop a vision and execute quickly on a day to day basis, in sync with editorial, always-on publishing cadence.Scale and Organization: Demonstrate experience with, and ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced, oft-changing environment while keeping an eye on the big picture and top priorities. Proactively manage your, and the team's, time. Required Qualifications Compensation Range: $95 - $105K The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
