About the Team The RevOps Data Management Team is charted to enable outcomes in the Go-To-Market through data and operational process. We represent RevOps (broader Sales) needs and data domains by owning projects and processes for Core Data Management (MDM or Operational), Data Enrichment, and Data Quality management.Our team is global, with a Director and Program Manager in Pleasanton California, Data Stewards in Dublin Ireland, and a mighty Data Operations team in Warsaw Poland, now expanding roles in Atlanta! About the Role You'll become an authority for specific sales data domains working with others to understand initiatives and challenges to define a diverse roadmap of projects and tasks. Initially, you will have a focus on Core Account Data (Customer and Prospects) and closely related domains that enable Sales, Marketing, and select Enterprise use cases. You will partner and be supported by your peer Data Operations Manager(s), your leadership, and extended teams in Enterprise Data Governance, IT, and Enterprise Data Services to bring your plan to life. Key Responsibilities Nurture business partner relationships to define requirements and roadmaps. Build & improve Core Data processes that meet quality and scale requirements. Improve firmographic data accuracy (Address, Employee Counts, Industries, Revenue, Hierarchies, etc.). Brainstorm and test innovative and pragmatic data enrichment strategies & methods. Train, collaborate, and bring together feedback from our Data Operations Analysts. Explore and define use of internal, external & vendor data with eye for GTM innovation. Creatively sovle quality issues, through analysis, recommendations, and remediation plans. Pilot recommendations & document changes to data definitions, policies, and processes. Partner with collaborators to develop insights & KPIs. About You Basic Qualifications (P4) Sr. Data Engineer8+ years' experience in Data Enrichment, Master Data, or GTM Operations.3+ years advanced business experience with MDM, Data Enrichment, CRM applications (ex: Reltio, ZoomInfo, D&B, Salesforce, or similar).3+ years experience with B2B Sales or Marketing motions in Software, Technology, or related industry. B2C a plus.3+ years Superb communication and presentation skills including with leadership (Dir, VP & SVP).3+ years experience in a lead role for a sophisticated program with multiple partners(P5) Principal Data Engineer10+ years' experience in Data Enrichment, Master Data, or GTM Operations.5+ years advanced business experience with MDM, Data Enrichment, CRM applications (ex: Reltio, ZoomInfo, D&B, Salesforce, or similar).5+ years experience with B2B Sales or Marketing motions in Software, Technology, or related industry. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
