Senior Project Manager - Transportation Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and project management prowess? We're currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you'll take charge of overseeing various phases of large-scale transportation projects, from planning and design to construction and right-of-way considerations. Your primary objective will be ensuring timely project completion, adherence to budget, and upholding the highest quality standards. Your Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to conclusion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure alignment with project goals. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with pertinent regulations and standards. Supervise the preparation of engineering documents, reports, and technical materials. Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, fostering their professional growth. Act as a representative of the company in various professional and community engagements. Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) license in California. 10-15 years of relevant experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Proficient with MicroStation; OpenRoads Designer preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in time management and prioritization. Sharp critical thinking abilities. Capacity to adapt to new concepts under pressure. We are an EEO and E-Verify Employer.
