The ideal candidate should have significant trial experience, be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, and possess superb negotiation skills. Duties:Update clients on the status of their claims and communicate with insurance companies.Utilize superb negotiation skills to advocate for clients.Evaluate claims and assess potential outcomes.Participate in personal injury trials, preferably as first chair. Requirements:6+ years of litigation experience.Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.Significant trial experience, preferably 7-10 personal injury trials as first chair.Experience in evaluating claims.Superb negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
