What you’ll do A dvanced Mechanical Design Skills : Proficient in advanced mechanical design and system architecture, with a strong ability to conceptualize and visualize complex mechanical systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and manufacturability. Leadership and Team Management : Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of running small teams of engineers, setting clear goals, and managing project timelines effectively. Skilled in fostering a collaborative team environment and providing mentorship to less experienced engineers. Innovative Engineering Solutions : Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve design challenges, optimizing mechanical designs for performance and cost-effectiveness across a range of industries. Strong Technical Proficiency : Expertise in using CAD software and engineering simulation tools. Familiar with the latest industry standards and technologies relevant to mechanical engineering. Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and integration of mechanical design within broader project goals.
