Job Tittle: Sales Manager Department: Sales and Marketing Role and Responsibilities: Accurately identify customer requirements, to grow sales, build strong relationships and maintain collaborative partnerships with customers. Managing a manufacturer representative network in assigned territories. Take ownership and demonstrate a commitment to success. Capacity to make things happen and see them to completion. Be a proactive business partner to customers and colleagues. Strong communication and presentation skills. Be pro-active and make independent decisions to meet objectives within required parameters. Ability to see and seek new opportunities and create new business. Capable of developing and making customer presentations. A high level of internal and external communication. Represent company at trade shows and promote products. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities PC Proficient with standard office software (MSWord, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills Proficient with the use of technology including cell phone and computer Learn Gross Margin Template and company AX system. Physical Demands Travel to assigned territories/trade shows/customer events regularly. Estimated travel 70% - 80% of time or as required. Must be able to stand for long periods at a time at trade shows.
