Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes – all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client while interpreting today’s real estate market• Learn all of the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis• Generate business from your own efforts – including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Must obtain/have your MN/WI Real Estate license • Passionate and Compassionate• Fun-loving• Hardworking• Personable• Resilient• Must have a valid driver’s license• Energetic• Intelligent• Flexible• Ambitious Compensation: $50,000 yearly commissions About Company: The Grant Johnson Group is a fast-growing and fun real estate team serving the Greater Twin Cities/Western Wisconsin areas.
