We have an exciting summer internship opportunity available (June - August) at a fast-growing Real Estate Organization in South Florida! Level 5 leadership group is looking for a motivated AI and Analytics Intern to join our team. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate. This internship provides valuable experience and a chance to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:• Gather and clean real estate data from multiple sources including listings, market reports, and public records for analysis.• Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and insights that can inform real estate investment decisions.• Risk Assessment: Analyze factors affecting real estate risk such as location, economic indicators, and market volatility to assist in risk management strategies.• Collaborate on projects to optimize real estate portfolios through data-driven investment strategies and asset allocation.• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings from data analysis and model outputs for stakeholders including investors, developers, and property managers. Qualifications:• Enrollment in a Relevant Degree Program: Pursuing a degree in data science, statistics, real estate finance, or a related field with a focus on analytics and AI.• Strong Interest in Real Estate• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets • Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate concepts such as property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies.• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and contribute to the success of analytics projects in real estate.
