Location: Charlotte, NC/ Chicago, IL/Hybrid 10+ years of End-2-End Project and Program Management experience Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead a team and drive to results Strong project financial management skills Guides projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated Understands all roles and responsibilities within their team, and uses the tool sets within the software lifecycle. Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used within their business area. Has knowledge of software development and general awareness of testing Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices Basic awareness of architecture and design Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures.
