You will report to a Production Line Supervisor and join a team of about 400 associates. Shift: This role is 1 st Shift, 8:00am to 4:00pm Location: 96 Pinnacle Dr, Jackson, TN 38301 Hourly Rate: $19.50 an hour Benefits Start Day One of Employment! What Impact Will You Have On Our Business? You will be making Odom's Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.'s sandwich products by hand. This would include adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket.You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumersOur goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, you as production worker will play an active roleCleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work areaYou will follow Quality Assurance standardsProduction workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line Do You Have What It Takes: Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demandThis is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like, lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, using your hands in freezer environmentThis is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
