Path Medical is seeking a Full-time PIP Suit Assistant . Supports the Paralegals in the PIP Suit department with administrative support related to placing files for PIP Suit review. Performs administrative tasks such as gathering information to place files to be reviewed by PIP attorneys. Providing supporting documentation to attorneys' offices as requested. Follow up with attorneys' offices regarding status of PIP cases and update the files in a timely manner. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Able to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative team oriented environment. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and with medical billing software systems.
