This is a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant position with a regular, consistent schedule, Monday - Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays . The details Somerby Franklin has a rehabilitation department that includes a beautiful therapy gym space and access to fitness equipment and private treatment rooms provides the optimal atmosphere for our treatment model for therapy services which includes 1:1 patient care. The beautiful campus includes three living options for seniors: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Patient care schedule is Monday - Friday with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. You will get regular, consistent hours each week. Candidates must be driven to excite the community and educate residents on rehabilitation services. See for yourself why associates would recommend Tx:Team as a great place to work. https://txteam.com/careers/ Requirements: Degree from a CAPTE accredited school Current state licensure or eligibility in discipline Has minimum of two (2) years geriatric outpatient clinical experience Experience with aquatics, balance/vestibular, and neuro LSVT BIG Certification a plus Displays flexibility and strong time management and communication skills Demonstrates confidence, initiative, and creativity to build caseload within a community Proficient with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain The clinical responsibilities Deliver One on One quality physical therapy services according to treatment plans for patients. Document progress toward identified objectives. Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload within EMR.
