This is a P&L opportunity where you and your current team will need to bring a minimum production of $2 million per month. Responsibilities: • Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share• Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors• Ensure all staff members follow branch procedures, policies, and protocols• Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals• Monitor loan quality to ensure it is in alignment with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines Qualifications: • Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans • Requires 3-5 years of experience in the banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role as customer service, operations, business development, human resources, or sales manager• Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills• NMLS or state licensing preferred or will acquire immediately upon hire Compensation: $150,000+ yearly About Company: Built by Originators, for Originators. - At Paramount Residential Mortgage Group we understand what it takes to thrive in the mortgage industry because we are built by originators for originators.
