Here are the details of the position: Job Overview:Provide legal representation to clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.Preferred significant experience with Federal Court litigation.Must possess exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. Duties:Represent clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategies.Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Requirements:3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.Preferred significant experience with Federal Court litigation.Excellent academic background.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
