The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patients and contributing to their overall well-being in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily care and support of patients in accordance with their individual care plans. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff. Provide emotional support and engage in therapeutic activities with patients. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the guidance of the healthcare team. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Qualifications: Previous 6 months UK experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is required. A compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate varying shifts.
