This is a hands-on role where you will manage all aspects of our marketing efforts, from content creation to social media management and beyond. Responsibilities:• Develop Marketing Strategy: Create effective marketing plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.• Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content for our social media, email newsletters, and blogs, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.• Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and improve email marketing campaigns within MailChimp, maintain email lists, and analyze metrics to enhance performance.• Social Media Management: Maintain the monthly content calendar, coordinate social content creation from start to finish, and manage all commenting and direct messaging across channels.• Brand and Market Research: Ensure brand consistency, conduct market and competitive research, and prepare monthly reports on competitor activities.• Project and Event Coordination: Organize and manage marketing projects, develop project plans, coordinate team calls, and support external events including travel arrangements and on-site logistics.• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with company goals, support all marketing functions, and maintain a positive team environment.• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on budget utilization and ROI.• Performance Analysis: Pull and analyze monthly reports to refine marketing strategy, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a small business or startup environment.• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.• Proficiency in social media management and email marketing platforms.• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
