We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales is a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process• Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales• Execute appointments• Sales talk• Close sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
