Leasing Agent - Orlando (Millennia Mall area) 300 units We are looking for a Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. We need proactive people-persons who are well-versed and visible in the local community. The right candidate should be prepared to provide 5-STAR customer service every day to both current and prospective residents. Responsibilities: • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts• Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal• Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards• Utilize the lead/prospect management system (Tenant Turner) to track and document all activities - inquiries, viewings/tours requests, status updates Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher• Bilingual speaking or writing in both English and Spanish is preferred Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000 yearly About Company: Rent Prosper is looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who want to help us continue to be the best at what we do in managing residential investment properties.
