Duties Basic Requirements o Greet and develop relationship with Parents and Studentso Supervise and monitor safety of childreno Help children keep good hygieneo Routine Care (Diaper changes/Potty)o Daily Report in Brightwheelo Lesson planning using Teaching Strategieso Positive Reinforcemento Nurture Childreno Enhance Children?s growth and developmento ASQ Assessmentso Assist children in creating healthy eating habitso Keep classroom and materials clean and sanitizedo Maintain DSS/ABC/CACFP/First Steps Training Hourso Maintain Center/DSS/ABC/CACFP/First Steps Regulationso Organize classroom/centerso All other duties as deemed necessary Skilled Requirements o Prepare monthly lessons for studentso Keep items in center labeledo Routine Planned Physical Activityo Communicate clearly with Parents, student?s development and progresso Conduct twice a year Parent/Teacher Conferenceso Decorate classroom to match theme of month or current studyo Show evidence of educationo Understand diversity, empathy, and equity and demonstrate in classroomo Use Problem solving techniqueso All other duties as deemed necessary Requirements Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: licensed child care: 1 year (Required) Nice To Haves License/Certification: CPR Certification Benefits Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance
