As a Housing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing technical and administrative support to our Housing Management Service. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including procurement, performance analysis, customer service, finance support, and data management. Key responsibilities - Technical and Administrative Support: Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to the Housing Management Service in various functions. Procurement and Operations: Assist in the management and monitoring of procurement activities, voids, and repairs, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indicators KPIs set for the service. Data Analysis: Collate and analyse performance information, ensuring data accuracy and robust reporting for management and performance monitoring purposes. Customer Service: Handle inquiries into the team promptly and confidently, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the service's purpose and functions. Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Corporate Policies and within national and local legislative requirements. Finance Support: Provide high-level quality and comprehensive finance support services across the Housing Management Service.
