Elle Seller We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. If you are a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are routed to the correct recipients Maintain the office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary $900 - $1300 per week Job Type Full-time Bonus Points: Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account Powered by JazzHR
