Relationship Counselor Hybrid Position in Plantation, FL. Infinite Therapeutic Services is a private practice looking for a licensed psychotherapist to join our group practice as a W2 position. This position starts as a part-time position and grows into a full-time position, as you will receive a brand new caseload. We are offering the following opportunities to our employees: --- A W-2 position so you don't have to worry about taxes or other expenses. --- Private pay practice, so no insurance hassles. --- Minimal administrative tasks, paid as well. --- Development of clinical skills with internal and external training. --- Weekly meetings for clinical support. --- Administrative support for intake and ongoing support. --- User-friendly EHR. --- Competitive pay based on years of experience and specialties. --- Opportunity to grow financially and within the company. --- Benefits for a full-time position: PTO, paid training, health insurance, and 401k. Responsibilities: --- Can provide 25+ clinical hours a week for a full-time position --- Open to working some evenings and Saturdays on a weekly basis. We are looking for one position to work Tuesday through Saturday and another one Monday through Friday --- Open to working both in person and online. We are located in Plantation, Florida --- Keep up with training for licensure Qualifications: --- Must be an LMFT, LMHC, or a psychologist who holds a valid Florida license and has a minimum of two years of experience --- It is a plus if you have completed Gottman, EFT, Imago, or other similar marriage counseling training, and are able to demonstrate prior experience working with couples/families --- Must be self-motivated, open to continued learning, and enthusiastic about working with relational issues --- Additional certifications, such as EMDR training or trauma therapy are a plus --- Experience working with children is a plus --- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE --- Can provide 25+ clinical hours a week for a full-time position --- Open to working some evenings and Saturdays on a weekly basis.
