Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine Board certification in Family Medicine Active medical license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Schedule: Full-time position with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm No weekends required with minimal call responsibilities Emphasis on work-life balance to support personal and professional well-being Practice Details: We offer a collaborative team-based approach to patient care Utilize new facilities equipped with the latest technology and resources Supportive administrative staff You will have the opportunity to build and maintain a well-estbalished patient panel Compensation: $250,000 base salary guaranteed for 2 years, with additional production bonuses $50,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental coverage, and retirement plan Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates CME allowance and paid time off for continued professional development Location Details: Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Hickory offers a scenic backdrop for work and leisure Abundance of outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, and biking Family-friendly community with excellent public and private schools The downtown area has various local shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues to explore Close proximity to Charlotte and Asheville JN -032024-30241
