Key Responsibilities: Build, peer review, and maintain experience studies and tools Analyze experience for trends, anomalies, and assessing risk Support data modernization and system migration projects Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline 3+ years relevant experience Strong proficiency in a programming language such as SAS, Python, R, or SQL Experience with data visualization software such as Spotfire or PowerBI Self-driven, motivated, and shows ownership in tasks
