We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a high-performing assistant to help us with our pre-close and post-close duties. Responsibilities: • Perform administrative and clerical duties for escrow officer to complete escrow transactions and necessary follow-up requests• Communicate with title insurance representatives, insurance company representatives, loan officer, escrow processors and team members, title company, real estate agents, and clients to assist escrow officer in the closing process• Assemble and complete closing documents such as settlement statements, escrow files, and closing statements• Read all contracts, commitments, and lender closing instructions to complete them in a timely fashion to ensure escrow closing• Coordinate other pre-closing and post-closing responsibilities as directed Qualifications: • Clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties experience required• Experience with Microsoft office required, escrow software experience preferred• 2-3 years of residential or commercial escrow assistant experience• Some college preferred -- high school diploma or GED required• Exceptional problem solving, customer service, time management, and communications skills Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly About Company: Sonic Title Agency is a Michigan Title company dedicated to providing an effortless experience at an unmatched speed.
