<p><strong>This is a temporary role through Magnit for a leading technology company in the world. This is a hybrid role (Tue & Thur onsite) to either San Diego, CA or Orlando, FL. Candidates MUST reside in or near one of these two locations for consideration.</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title: Employee Volunteer Specialist</strong></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>This position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's employee volunteering program.</p><ul><li>Global Impact is about living our purpose every day by creating differentiated value for our employees, our customers and society with focus on sustaining our planet, creating equitable opportunity, acting with integrity, and using our solutions to workflow a better world.</li><li>The Specialist will work closely with the Head of Employee Volunteering to accelerate and scale our program globally.</li></ul><p><strong>What you get to do in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate companywide volunteer initiatives.</li><li>Support third-party vendor relationships to drive employee engagement.</li><li>Assist with logistics for team volunteering initiatives.</li><li>Draft communications for internal engagement initiatives to drive participation and awareness of opportunities and programs.</li><li>Partner with the Workplace Services teams to execute in-office events.</li><li>Document volunteering operations and drive continuous innovation.</li><li>Partner with the communication and talent brand teams to share employee volunteer stories and amplify our culture of giving.</li><li>Analyze and organize data to provide insights into trends and reports on impact.</li><li>Create and update employee resources and templates for volunteer offerings.</li></ul><p><strong>What you get to do in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate companywide volunteer initiatives.</li><li>Support third-party vendor relationships to drive employee engagement.</li><li>Assist with logistics for team volunteering initiatives.</li><li>Draft communications for internal engagement initiatives to drive participation and awareness of opportunities and programs.</li><li>Partner with the Workplace Services teams to execute in-office events.</li><li>Document volunteering operations and drive continuous innovation.</li><li>Partner with the communication and talent brand teams to share employee volunteer stories and amplify our culture of giving.</li><li>Analyze and organize data to provide insights into trends and reports on impact.</li><li>Create and update employee resources and templates for volunteer offerings.</li></ul><p><strong>Non-Negotiable Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience planning events preferably global</li><li>Experience managing end to end project timelines</li><li>Communications skills, detail oriented.</li></ul><p><strong>Negotiable Skills:</strong></p><p>Data Analytics</p><p><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)</strong></p><p>The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $35-$45</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p><p> </p>
