As an eCommerce Sales Strategy Manager, you will manage within a team dedicated to accelerating commercial strategies througha fusion of analytical insights and strategic partnerships, internally and externally. You will spearhead collaborations with majorretail platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Sam's Club, and Best Buy, while also orchestrating alignment among internal functionalteams including sales, product division, performance marketing, customer supply chain, and finance.Your role will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and refining sales strategies to optimize revenue generation and market dominancewithin the eCommerce channel. Leveraging your keen strategic vision and analytical prowess, you will identify growthopportunities, anticipate market shifts, and develop innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive eCommerce landscape.Success as an eCommerce Sales Strategy Manager hinges on the ability to blend data-driven decision-making with collaborativeleadership and execution. By fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork, you will empower your team andpeers to navigate complexities, seize opportunities, and drive sustained growth in eCommerce sales.This position requires an individual with a proven track record of strategic thinking, exceptional analytical acumen, and a deepunderstanding of eCommerce or channel-specific dynamics. Your proactive stance towards evolving eCommerce and retail trendswill be instrumental in maintaining market leadership for Medline products. RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for total eCommerce, inclusive of Omnichannel, identifying and addressing the needs and opportunities for thechannel to drive growth, profitability, market share and revenue. Lead the development of the channel strategy for each division and function, in order to maximize profitability, revenue growth andmarket share in the context of the broader division strategies and goals. Lead the implementation of the account strategy for branded assortment & private label assortment to deliver target outcomesincluding revenue growth, cost management and return on investment. Develop and foster partnerships with senior stakeholders within account in order to drive category growth and create mutual valuefor customers and for Medline. Strengthen the perception of Medline as both an internal and external strategic business partner by sharing insights andinformation about market trends, technological innovation and customer needs. Reinforce the value of customer relationships through summarizing the impact of initiatives and strategizing for further needsdiscovery. Apply a customer-centric approach to understand customer needs and concerns as the basis for developing creative solutions. Foster collaboration with internal team & with customer to identify white space opportunity, competitive analysis and create valuevia packaging & consumer messaging Education Bachelor's degree. Work Experience At least 5 Years of relevant experience. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, Stackline, Nielson, IRI, CommerceIQ PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Communications, BusinessAdministration or any other related field preferred. Work Experience 3 or more years of commercial (sales or marketing) experience with an understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles andtheir context preferred. 2 or more years of eCommerce Analyst or Sales Strategy/Planning Analyst experience, with broad and/or deep expertise in Amazonor Walmart.com selling, with an advanced understanding of the business, coordination, and pull through required. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Ability to change behaviors by influencing, developing, motivating and inspiring people to create right working environment. Ability to think within broadly defined policies, principles and specific objectives. Ability to think in an analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative way in situations constantly requiring adaptationor development of new solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional understanding of digital eCommerce and advertising retail environment. Financial knowledge and awareness with the ability to interpret budget implications, P&L statements and other relevant financialassessments. Experience negotiating at all levels in retail environment. Experience managing portfolio of Amazon, Amazon Advertising, Walmart.com, Sams.com, and other eCommerce retailers. Experience working in a consultative capacity/approach to provide solutions based on customer needs.
