Customer Service RepresentativePurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Pilgrim s team at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. In this role, you will act as the liaison for our customers and support our sales team in every endeavor. This position processes all orders received on a daily basis for accounts that are assigned to this position and coordinates the processing of the customer order with production planners, warehouse personnel, transportation, sales, and the customer. This position is fully onsite with no opportunity for remote work.Responsibilities:Order entryLiaison between customers and salesSend customers weekly updates and verify that customer requested price matches system priceAct as the daily point of contact with customers via telephone and emailHandle customer issues/complaints daily:ETAs on trucks and any transportation issuesShortages and overages of productInvoice adjustments, credits, and billing questionsConfirm order acknowledgement within 2 hours of receiving orderMaintain a weekly order/shipping schedule per customerReport customer feedback and all customer complaints to managementBecome familiar with customers needsProvide information on your area as requestedEnter credits, deductions, and complaintsinto High RadiusMiscellaneous reports for Sales RepresentativesBackup for other CSRsOn-call weekend/holiday rotationOther duties as assignedQualifications: Efficient in 10-key requiredOutstanding customer service skills requiredProfessional telephone skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsEfficient and detail orientedMaintain a positive attitude while dealing with multiple tasksGeneral working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OutlookThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; andBase salary of $18/hr; For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.This position does not have an application deadline.
