First point of contact for all incoming calls into the business Responding to general enquiries via phone and email Processing customer orders onto the in house system Assisting customers with product-related queries and issues Liaising with customers and internal departments Logging customer activity and communications Taking messages and transferring calls to the relevant department Returns processing and producing credits Dedicated main contact for all internal administration needs Providing top level customer service What are we looking for?
