EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY! Benny's is looking for full-time and part-time Customer Care Associates to join our team! Must be organized, customer service oriented, reliable, and have the ability to multitask. We are a growing, family-oriented company that offers a fun and friendly work environment. Job Summary: This position will be responsible for taking care of our customers and making sure they leave with a smile! As the face of Benny's, our associates are held to very high standards since serving our customers is the most important position in our company. Customer Care Associates are responsible for making sure that we exceed all of our customer's expectations when they visit one of our locations. This role involves working during the day and evening shifts. Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment. Process sales and transactions and assists customers with purchases. Stock merchandise on shelves and maintain store cleanliness. Manages a register and balances sales at the end of the shift. Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Troubleshooting customer concerns Job Qualifications: At least 1 to 2 years of proven customer service experience or retail experience Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Able to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years of age, or older Must be available to work weekends and holidays To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Customer Care Associate Pay: $15 / hour for full-time and part-time employees $1.50 differential pay if working an overnight shift Additional promotional incentives available! Benefits: Paid time off for full-time employees - 40 hours in the first year, increases with tenure after 3 years Tuition or professional development reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and supplementary benefits Hourly, competitive pay Free car washes & oil change discounts Certificates & Licenses: Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish liquor license and bar card
