Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One (1) year job related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items and therapeutic diets. Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred. Food Services Sanitation Certificate required. Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required. Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required. Previous experience in Senior Living preferred. Must be able to work weekends.
