Your Role and Responsibilities: Forge and sustain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Champion adherence to company safety policies and initiatives.Oversee the approval process for shop drawings and submittals, ensuring timely coordination and compliance.Develop schedules of values and secure billing approvals from architects and owners.Collaborate closely with the onsite Superintendent to ensure all contract terms are met.Manage the S&P Quality Control Program to uphold project standards.Prepare and adjust the project budget, including handling change orders and managing budget revisions.Maintain and oversee all necessary project reports and logs.Organize and lead project meetings and conduct final walk-throughs.Direct and manage staff by setting clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, identifying training needs, and facilitating on-the-job training.Ensure regular attendance at the worksite.Fulfill other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.Commercial experience 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $20 million.
