Building Surveyor Required We have a new, exciting yet challenging opportunity for a Building Surveyor that has arisen due to continuous growth and expansion. Our client has opened a new regional office in Southampton, and the Directors are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor, who could head up that department in due course. From its roots in traditional Quantity Surveying, my Client has now expanded and adapted its services to respond to the ever changing and evolving property and construction market. Their principal activities now include the provision of Architectural Services, Project Management, Clients Representative and Employers Agent services, Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying services and Building Surveying and CDM Co: ordination services. They are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their very successful team. Responsibilities of Building Surveyor To undertake a broad range of project management and professional building surveying services on behalf of a growing portfolio of clients, primarily within the commercial, private residential and education sectors. Requirements of Building Surveyor MRICS (preferred but not essential) Degree educated or equivalent Experience in offering a full range of project management and professional services in a range of sectors. Extensive experience within a consultancy environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
