We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks• Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks• Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies• The Senior Associate shall perform legal services including legal research; drafting agreements, resolutions, memos, and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing, documents provided by parties, etc.• The Associate shall advocate for clients, conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, and serve as the principal contact between the Firm and its clients• When delegated by the Partners, the Associate may prospect for new clients through marketing, networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements Qualifications: • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must• Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary Compensation: $150,000 yearly About Company: KEW Legal is a law firm servicing entrepreneurs and investors as their legal and consulting department.
