Practice Area: Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm in Jericho is seeking an Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities, qualifications, and skills: Job Overview:Handle Negligence cases, including drafting Bills of Particulars, conducting Examinations Before Trial, and preparing Summary Judgment Motions.Must be admitted in NYS.Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills and proficiency in technology. Duties:Handle Negligence cases, including drafting Bills of Particulars and conducting Examinations Before Trial.Prepare Summary Judgment Motions.Adhere to all legal standards and procedures.Maintain accurate and complete case files and documents.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel. Requirements:Admitted to the New York State Bar.5 years of experience or more in handling negligence cases is a plus.Well organized and self-motivated.Proficiency in technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.Professional written and communication skills. Skills:Excellent written and spoken communication skills.Proficiency in MS Word, PDF, and Excel.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Attention to detail and accuracy.
