Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Location: Newark Liberty International AirportSalary + Quarterly Bonus2 week paid vacation Health and Dental insurance included Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in running the restaurant. This leader must be able to think like an owner as he/she oversees key performance metrics, enhances the overall guest experience, creates and implements performance reviews, and helps develop the Team Leaders and Team Members to create capacity for future growth. Non-Negotiables • Trains, coaches and guides team members during the shift – ensuring that all communication and tools are being used and followed – in a continuous effort to achieve operational excellence, effective communication and uncommon hospitality every day on every shift• Manages the team’s appearance and performance• Able to communicate with other Managers and team members in a professional manner• Manages the shift to ensure the lowest possible wait times and amazing hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste and upholding quality standards• Manages shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, team member breaks and overall labor efficiency during the shift• Assists in ensuring compliance with all BURGERFI standards as well as all local, state and federal safety, health, employment and liquor laws Must Haves Minimum of two (2) years of Restaurant management experience; QSR or fast-casual is preferred Strong communicator able to effectively coach and give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy Driven leader with a growth mindset of continuous improvement who is passionate about achieving results Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment • Open availability and ability to work a changing schedule including nights, weekends and holidays The “Extras” Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K participation (must meet eligibility requirements) Paid Time Off • Quarterly Bonus Program Free Meal every shift Free uniforms Paid training Opportunities to advance your career Powered by JazzHR
