Modesti's Car Care Center is currently hiring for a full-time ASE Certified Mechanic - Auto technician to join our team in the Culver City, CA area. This ASE Certified Mechanic position earns a competitive wage of $38 - $52/hour , depending on experience and certifications. As an ASE Certified Mechanic, you are a vital member of our auto repair and maintenance team. Our customers rely on our exceptional knowledge and experience, and you are the person who provides that expertise. Each day, you use our cutting-edge tools to correctly diagnose and repair mechanical problems. You also provide the regular maintenance that keeps our customers' vehicles running well. Before any type of repair, you consult with our service advisor, clearly explain the problem, and offer your recommendations for fixing it. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC - AUTO TECHNICIAN Certification as an ASE Master Technician Advanced-level certification in ASE level 1 and ASE level 3 (light-duty hybrid and electric vehicle repair) California smog inspector license Ability to use diagnostic tools to diagnose car problems Ability to use an iPad or a laptop to perform digital inspections Understanding of electrical systems and air conditioning If you do not have a current California smog inspector license, we offer sponsorship for training and certification.
