DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled Air Compressor Technician to join our team. As an Air Compressor Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of air compressors used in our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our air compressor systems function efficiently, allowing us to provide a continuous supply of compressed air for various applications.Responsibilities * Perform regular maintenance on air compressors, including cleaning, lubricating, and changing filters * High air compressor repair and maintenance experience (specifically 600psi - Bellis, AF, or Atlas Copco) * Low air compressor repair (125psi - Quincy) ? Experience with Hankinson and Quincy dryers. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air compressor systems * Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and take appropriate corrective actions * Perform routine maintenance tasks on air compressor systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure efficiency and longevity * Repair or replace faulty components and parts in air compressors * Adjust and calibrate air compressor settings to optimize performance and energy efficiency * Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities * Monitor and analyze air compressor performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvementsRequirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Proven experience in operating and maintaining air compressor systems * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Excellent knowledge of air compressor components and their functions * Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to air compressor operation and maintenance * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
