Responsibilities: --- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner --- Ensure all payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies and procedures --- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise --- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reports --- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions Qualifications: --- Proficient in data entry --- Strong typing & 10 key skills --- Basic accounting knowledge --- US work authorization --- Able to pass assessments for typing proficiency and accounting skills --- Associates Degree or 7 years of accounting experience.
