Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Montgomery County. Matrix was founded by parents of two children with special needs. Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Supervision of BACB candidates is provided free of charge to qualified staff. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments. Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices. Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties: Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments. Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect data during each session with the client. reduction of challenging behaviors--aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc. Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming. Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials. Provide role model appropriate behaviors. Provide clinical support to direct care staff. Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior. Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies. Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns. Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills BACB Certification in good standing. Behavior Specialist License is required. Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth. Master's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing. Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed. One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred). Salary: W2 employees $ 51- $60 per hour. Matrix covers 72% of your monthly health premium, and 60% of your monthly dental and vision premium to make benefits more affordable. Up to 2-weeks paid time off at your main billable rate even for part-time positions. Performance bonuses. Experience: Relevant: 1 year (Required) Certifications and Licenses: BCBA (Preferred) Must have one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeStaff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.
