Residential and Commercial Shower and Mirror Crew Foreman:MT Contracting, Inc., a leading glass and glazing company, is looking to add a Foreman-level Heavy Plate Shower Door Installer. We proudly serve as a subcontractor for numerous general contractors on projects in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley.Responsibilities: Measure and design shower enclosures Measure and design custom mirrors for our manufacturing facility to fabricate Supervise and assist the installation team Organize tools and materials for each job Manage work orders for daily tasks Capture field photos for documentationQualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 75+ lbs Clean driving record 3+ years of relevant experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills, including defining issues, generating solutions, implementing changes, and following upWhat We're Looking For: We are seeking someone who is strong, determined, and a good leader.
