A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to provide technical support and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical support and guidance on the product suite to customers and support team members Manage the ticket queue and ensure timely resolutions based on SLA requirements Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report bugs and support product improvements Required Qualifications Experience in technical support or working alongside engineers, preferably in a SaaS environment Basic knowledge of client-side languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Exposure to ticket management systems like Zendesk or JIRA Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus Ability to thrive in a remote, high-growth startup environment
