Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Customer Care Advisors, ensuring adherence to performance targets Provide support for special projects aimed at improving service quality and efficiency Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members while monitoring their performance Required Qualifications Experience supervising a customer-facing team in a high-volume contact center environment Understanding of customer service tools, such as Zendesk Proven track record of meeting team targets Data literacy and competency in Excel or willingness to learn Experience in a digital health business is a plus
