Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market - Coral Springs. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery area, and ensuring that our products are fresh and appealing to our customers.Key Responsibilities: Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked. Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas. Monitor and prevent spoilage, and communicate waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisors. Assist with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing. Assist with periodic inventory checks.Requirements: Ability to sell proactively and provide excellent customer service. Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department. Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Working Conditions: Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
